Work placement
1st Apr 2026
Over a six‑week placement period, we were delighted to welcome back our past pupil, Aoife, from St Mary’s University College. From the moment she joined us, Aoife quickly became a valued member of the school team. Her warm and enthusiastic approach made a lasting impression on both staff and pupils.
Aoife demonstrated professionalism, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching throughout her time with us. She built strong, positive relationships with the children, who responded incredibly well to her supportive manner and engaging teaching style. Whether assisting with lessons, working with small groups, or helping to organise classroom activities, Aoife was consistently reliable, motivated, and eager to contribute.
Her presence brought great energy to the classroom, and her willingness to learn, participate, and take initiative made her an outstanding asset to the school during her placement. It was especially rewarding to see a former pupil return and thrive in a new role within the school community.
We are extremely grateful for her hard work and commitment, and we wish her every success as she continues her studies and progresses in her teaching career. Aoife has a bright future ahead, and we look forward to seeing all she will achieve.
