Sunshine, smiles and silage
The warm summer weather certainly called for some well-earned cool treats, and the boys and girls were delighted to enjoy them together. There’s something special about this time of year—sunshine, ice creams, and the familiar sights and sounds of silage cutting in the surrounding fields all combining to create a true sense of summer.
The pupils are incredibly lucky to have such a rich rural setting right outside their classroom door. Watching the silage being cut and gathered nearby adds an extra layer of excitement and connection to the countryside, giving them a real appreciation of the seasonal work happening around them. It’s a wonderful blend of learning, enjoyment, and experiencing nature first-hand during these warm, sunny days. ❤️💚🌞🌞🍦🍦
