The boys and girls in Mrs McMullan’s class have been working hard to develop their understanding of number within fractions,decimals and percentages. We consolidated our learning by applying our knowledge to complete questions using smarties. We represented each colour using fractions, simplified fractions and converted to decimals and percentages. The children were so engaged and realised how important maths is and how it can be used in everyday life. It was even better when we got to eat our learning resources at the end of this lesson 😋😋😋
