Today our P6/7 children carried out a perimeter and area based maths challenge. Finding clue cards and solving measure problems to complete their task. They were able to calculate area and perimeter of different shapes and convert measures in lots of different units including mm, cm, m, km and even some metric measures. The boys and girls loved this activity and their was excellent team skills and problem solving skills developed.
