The boys and girls in Mrs McMullan’s class have been developing their understanding of word classes and identifying and using a range of words including prepositions, adverbs, interjections, different types of nouns and describing words. They created posters to explain what each word classes is and then found examples of each using old newspapers. The children really enjoyed these engaging and practical learning experiences and have a great understanding of this important aspect of the literacy curriculum. Well done boys and girls 🌟✏️📰
