Our KS2 children have really embraced the opportunity to develop their personal skills and build new friendships within the wider community. They loved their time last term in Ardview House and were very sad that our sessions have finished for this academic year. They were delighted when they were invited along to another nursing home, King’s Castle for the remainder of the term.
Over the past two weeks the children have been showing amazing kindness and are beginning to develop new friendships whilst completing a range of fun activities and games. They look forward to our visits each week, as do the staff and residents in King’s Castle.
