We were delighted to welcome our pre‑school friends from Playlinks for a fun-filled morning at our school today. The children enjoyed a busy and exciting programme of activities, starting with art and craft, where they created colourful egg headpieces to take home. After some lovely snacks and drinks, everyone headed outdoors for play time in the fresh air, mixing happily with our Primary 1 pupils.
One of the highlights of the visit was meeting the Easter bunny and the Easter egg hunt around the school grounds. There was great excitement as the children searched high and low for hidden treats, with lots of teamwork, laughter, and smiling faces all around.
All the children had a wonderful time spending the morning together, and each one left proudly carrying a little treat bag as a memento of their visit.
A big thank you to Easter bunny Ella and to the Playlinks staff for organising the trip and to all the parents who helped with transport. We loved loved having the children with us and look forward to welcoming them back again soon!
