Today we recommenced our weekly visits to Ardview House in Ardglass. The boys and girls really enjoyed the morning and were delighted to see some familiar faces, whilst welcoming many new faces. We created some beautiful art, making mosaic vases and then we made paper roses to fill the vases. The children were outstanding and had lots of patience and time for their friends in Ardview. We are all looking forward to next week already, building lovely inter-generational friendships and developing amazing life-skills. It was an added bonus that we got to meet the beautiful therapy dog Truffle, who is also a weekly visitor to care home.
